Project Description:
A modern SharePoint Online Communication site with custom theme and combination of custom and OOTB web parts. Here are some of the webparts used on the site:
- Employee News & Updates: An OOTB web part that shows latest news and updates useful for employees.
- Resources: An OOTB quick links web part maintained to host the frequently visited links/resources on the site.
- Birthdays & Holidays: OOTB Events web part is used for rolling up the birthdays and holidays for employees to have easy access to it.
- Recent Documents: An OOTB web part that shows the recent documents created/modified by contributors.
- Employee Conversations: Yammer feed web part is used to allow easy and quick access to the yammer community for the employees.
- Latest Tweets: This web part shows the latest tweets from the specified twitter handle.
- Employee Feed: The My feed web part will show a mix of content from across Office 365, based on what’s likely to be most relevant to the current user at any given time. The feed is personal to each user. Different users will see different content. The users might also see important meetings that are coming up shortly and can join these meetings directly from the web part.
- Employee Meeting: Countdown timer web part, which allows employee to display a countdown (or count up) to attend meeting. user can add a title, set the date format, add a description, and a call to action button with a link.
- Employee Profiles: Custom SPFx web part shows employee profiles.
