Project Description:
A modern SharePoint online communication site is used for customizing the branding for school staff intranet site. Here are some of the web parts used on the site:- Hero Web part: This web part displays welcome picture with title. User can change picture and title.
- Upcoming Events: An OOTB events web part rolling up the upcoming events.
- Quick Links: OOTB quick links web part for quick access to frequently visited resources/links.
- News & Updates: An OOTB news web part that rolls up latest news articles created by contributors as well as external news.
- Training Videos: This web part shows videos from the training site that will be useful to the staff members.
- Have a Question: This web part displays the list of questions and answers. If you need any help with any task or have any questions as to how to find or do something, the FAQs are there to help you find the answer to your question.
- Recent Documents: It displays the documents that are recently added or modified by people. People can sort and change layout in this webpart.
- Staff Meeting: Countdown timer web part, which allows staff to display a countdown (or count up) to attend meeting. user can add a title, set the date format, add a description, and a call to action button with a link.
- Staff Directory: This webpart displays staff profile previews. When user click on All staff button then it will redirect to Staff directory custom webpart where user can search staff and get profile details.
