Project Description:
This app provides multiple functionalities depending on the current User Role. The User Role is based on SharePoint user group. This form is for new Client registration.
This form is for new Contact registration.
This form is for new Project registration.
This screen shows list of all registered Projects.
The app contains 7 different forms to submit different types of reports. When report is submitted, the report approval is sent to Project Managers. Every report needs to be approved by Primary and Secondary Project Manager.
The app contains 3 different forms to submit different types of tests.
User can submit signature for report if all report data and test data is correct.
This screen shows list of all Reports for selected Project.
The app allows to see PDF of submitted reports and tests.
