Sharepoint customized forms

Project Description:

This is a customized list PowerApp.

There are two different forms designed for the SharePoint list-

1. New form
2. Edit form

Following are the screenshots of customized forms:

1. New form: This form is customized so that users can add multiple devices to a single user. A single user can add maximum 7 devices.
2. Edit form: This form shows a selected item in edit mode. At the end of edit form, user gets history details of item like who submitted the form and which department approved/rejected the form.
