After discussing with the customer’s requirement, Integrano team implemented SharePoint Intranet Portal consisting of the homepage and Inner pages. The main web parts of the intranet homepage include:- Quick links: The web part enables quick access to the pages like Projects, Staff Calendar, Documents, and more.
- Recent videos: The web part shows videos of recent projects, Training and more.
- Have a Question: The web part shows the list of questions and answers. If user need any help with any task or have any questions as to how to find or do something, the FAQs are there to help you find the answer to your question.
- News: This web part pulls data from various resources and displays news.
- Events: This web part displays upcoming events and synchronizes them with the calendar. It allows users to enroll in company events directly.
- Documents: This web part displays the documents that are recently added or modified by user.
- Meet Our Team: This web part displays the list of users from SharePoint list. It shows user details like User name, Designation, and Description.
- Gallery: This web part displays the recent completed and ongoing projects photos.
- Social features: To increase employee engagement, our team implemented a number of features for the intranet: news, events, Team Conversations, Tweeter, and My Feed.
